yesterday, representing a sale value in excess of £10 million.

weather to secure the first 35, three, four and five bedroom homes
in the scheme released yesterday morning at 8.30am.

12 months free broadband access.
Commenting on the success of the release, Michael Taggart, Managing
Director, Taggart Holdings said: “Over 600 people registered
interest in this particular scheme so it was evident that the launch
would attract a large number of people, however we did not forsee
that they would queue out in the cold three nights before the morning
of the launch.”
“Without a doubt the location of the Brooke Hall development
has played a huge factor in its success being only minutes from the
Outer Ring and Belfast's City Centre, its south east positioning offers
an excellent range of primary and secondary schools as well as parks,
shopping and popular sports and leisure facilities. The area also
boasts a number of golf courses, including Belvoir Park, Malone and
Rockmount Golf Club."
Simon Brien, Partner at the Eric Cairns Partnership said, “Queuing
for new homes has been seen in the past in the Belfast market however,
it is some years since demand has been so strong for a housing scheme,
and we anticipate that those buying their homes in the early phases
of Brooke Hall will secure an excellent investment for the future.”
This marks the second successful launch this week, Taggart Homes have
had with another of their schemes, Rochford Manor, Trim, Co. Meath,
completely selling out in less than 5 hours after its launch last
weekend, representing a sale value in excess of €30 million Euro.
