Brooke Hall Wins Best Northern Ireland Residential Development at Irish Property Awards

01.12.2006 - “Brooke Hall”, a Taggart Homes development, was selected the “Best Northern Ireland Residential Development” at the 2006 Irish Property Awards, held in the Burlington Hotel, Dublin, last night, 30 November 2006.

Privately situated off the Saintfield Road in Belfast, Brooke Hall was launched last February and was marketed as “a city address with the country on your doorstep”. It immediately became one of the most highly sought after residential locations in south east Belfast and phase one of the development sold out in a record 3 hours, representing a sale value in excess of £10 million. When fully complete, Brooke Hall will comprise of over 200 homes. Phase 2 of the development was launched in September and the next release of houses in this phase is scheduled for the end of January 2007.

The winner in the “Best Northern Ireland Residential Development” category was decided by the Irish Property Academy, which is made up of around 100 property professionals from across Ireland. The Irish Property Awards are seen as one of the key events in the property industry calendar and a glittering celebration of the best performances of the past year.
