Taggart Holdings launches Coastal Development in Antrim
07.03.2006
- Taggart Holdings are launching their third residential development
to date this year - Forthill, Bentra Road, Ballycarry, Co. Antrim in
The Clarion Hotel, 75 Belfast Road, Carrickfergus on Thursday 9th March
7.00pm to 9.00pm, Friday 10th 10.00am to 1.00pm and Saturday 11th 1.00pm
to 5.00pm.
Situated on the outskirts of Ballycarry Village, less than 5 miles from
the bustling town of Carrickfergus, 2 miles from the coastal town of
Whitehead and only 16 miles from Belfast, Forthill is a superb residential
development comprising 56 units in total. Ranging from 2 bedroom apartments
to 3 & 4 bedroom townhouses and semi-detached properties, Forthill
will appeal to young professionals and growing families who appreciate
a more rural ambience.
Ballycarry is a growing village offering an excellent array of local
amenities including a well respected primary school whilst close by
in Carrickfergus there are an array of high street shops, an impressive
24hrs Tesco, primary and secondary schools, and a good selection of
restaurants and bars. The area also offers excellent recreational activities
such as sailing, fishing and golf.
Michael Taggart, Managing Director, Taggart Holdings said: “The
elevated site, where Forthill is located not only affords expansive
views of the surrounding countryside but also offers stunning vistas
towards Islandmagee Peninsula and the Scottish coastline. This, together
with the close proximity of Carrickfergus and Belfast sets this development
apart, making it a unique and sought after address.”
“Demand for new homes in Northern Ireland has increased dramatically
over the last few years, in what is a continuously vibrant market. With
the predicted growth of house prices between 10-15% in the next 12-18
months, we anticipate those buyers who book at pre-construction stage
will secure an excellent investment for the future,” he added.
As with all Taggart Homes developments Forthill comes with an exceptional
turnkey package that allows homebuyers to simply move into their new
home. This consists of, for example, the choice of a fitted kitchen
with electrical appliances, fitted carpets throughout and a fireplace
in the main living area. Each home will have a white bathroom suite,
wall and floor tiling to kitchens and utility (where applicable) and
all homes will be painted throughout in a warm enhancing tone.
The two other schemes recently launched by Taggart Holdings made record
sales with Rochford Manor, Trim, Co. Meath, completely selling out in
less than 7 hours after its launch, representing a sale value in excess
